Tarmal Steel offers a range of steel products including but not limited to: • Power Steel TMT Bars • Hollow Sections (Square Tubes, Rectangular Tubes, Black Pipes) • Farasi Wire Products (BRC, Nails, Weldmesh, Wire Rods, Barbed Wire, etc.) • Steel Trading Products (I-Beams, Angles, Plates, Channels, etc.) All products are manufactured and/or sourced to meet or exceed Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) requirements. Product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

• All prices quoted are in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and raw material costs • Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations and invoices • We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, mobile money, and other approved methods • Full payment or agreed deposit must be received before order processing unless credit terms have been established

• All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on location, order size, and stock availability • Delivery charges apply based on location and order quantity • Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery • Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damages or discrepancies within 24 hours

Tarmal Steel is committed to delivering high-quality products that meet industry standards: • All products comply with relevant KEBS standards • We maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management certification • Products undergo rigorous quality testing before dispatch • Test certificates and documentation are available upon request • Any quality concerns should be reported immediately for investigation

• Returns are accepted only for defective or non-conforming products • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proper documentation • Products must be in original condition and packaging • Custom-cut or specially ordered products are non-returnable • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after inspection and approval • Transportation costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error

• Tarmal Steel products come with manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship • Warranty periods vary by product type and will be specified at the time of purchase • Warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling, storage, installation, or use • Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographic evidence • Warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective products at our discretion

• Tarmal Steel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our liability is limited to the value of products purchased • We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) • Users are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application • Professional advice should be sought for critical structural applications
